Returns & Exchanges
At Rizos Curls, we want you to love your curls and your results, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on products that don't meet your hair needs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least 75% full to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
